Model 520

This unique dual 25 gallon chamber offers you the versatility of always having pasteurization temperature water available instantly, minimizing wait times. When the wash cycle is complete in chamber 1, the water drains down the sanitary sewer. The hot water in chamber 2 will then automatically transfer over to chamber 1, and the pasteurization process begins. When the pasteurization cycle is complete, the hot water is saved by returning it to chamber 2. Both water and thermal energy are conserved, which means your time and costs are reduced.

With the Model 520, you have three cycle options: wash only, wash and pasteurize or pasteurize only. This versatility has a four-fold cost effective benefit.

The intelligence behind the Model 520 is our digital control system. The microprocessor controls all of the working functions. This means that time, temperature and working cycles are continuously monitored, maintained and recorded for your safety and peace of mind. The process data recorder is integrated into the control panel of the unit, so automatically provides a printed record of the data every five minutes.

The working chamber can process approximately 2.5 cubic feet of equipment in each load. Our layer and compartment dividers fit easily inside the working chamber and are adjustable to give you options for reprocessing large or odd shaped medical devices. These simple and efficient components are designed to keep medical devices totally submerged throughout the wash and high level disinfection process.  Mesh bags are available and can be used to keep your smaller items safe and secure.
