The Model 540 has a single 25-gallon chamber and is ideal for departments that need a more compact system.

With the Model 540 you have 3 cycle options: wash only, wash and pasteurize or pasteurize only. This versatility has a four-fold cost effective benefit.

The brain behind the 540 is our proven digital control system. The microprocessor controls all of the working functions. This means that time, temperature and working cycles are continuously monitored, maintained and recorded for your safety and peace of mind. The process data recorder provides a printed record of all cycles with time, date; cycle selected and tank temperatures every 5 minutes.

The working chamber can process approximately 2.5 cubic feet of equipment in each load. Our layer and compartment dividers fit easily inside the working chamber and are adjustable to give you options for reprocessing large or odd shaped medical devices. These simple and efficient components are designed to keep medical devices totally submerged throughout the wash and high level disinfection process.  Mesh bags are available and can be used to keep your smaller items safe and secure.

Model 540HT

The Model 540HT has a single 25-gallon chamber and a powerful high throughput heater. This Model gives you the optimum load efficiency within a limited reprocessing area. The high throughput heater allows the water tank to achieve pasteurization-level temperature in just minutes, giving you the option of reprocessing loads in less time, or reprocessing more loads per 8 hour shift for greater productivity.
